Toneika Stephens-Young, is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University (B.A. Music - Piano) and Norfolk State University (MME Voice). She has over 28 years of teaching experience in the arts and is also an international smooth jazz/neo soul recording artist. Toneika has a passion for the arts and STEM and strives to see great accomplishments from Musical Creations Foundation student participants.
